Athlon 64 Memory Timings?

Hi,
Does anyone know which (if any) Athlon 64s (socket 939) cores support T1 memory timings with 4 DIMMs? I currently have an Athlon 3500+ (Newcastle core I think) and 4 512Mb DDR-400 DIMMs. The system runs fine at T2 but doesn't even boot at T1. I've read in the past that the reason is the memory controller can't cope with 4 DIMMs at T1, but this might change with newer cores.

I'm looking to move to an 4600+/4800+ X2 or maybe an FX-57/60 CPU and wondering if these newer cores will allow me to run T1 timings and if so what sort of performance increases can be expected from T1 over T2?

System is:
ASUS A8N32SLi Deluxe
4x Corsair PC-3200 CL2-3-3-6 DIMMs

Thanks :)

Rev. E cores are supposed to be able to handle four DIMMs with CPC=1T, but I think you'll need also a very good mobo (DFI LP class) and it also depends on the DIMM modules type... and all this with the presumption that you won't do o.c.-ing of the memory.
