Welcome to 1999. Im sure that pic is about that old. But the one you posted is actually photoshop'd. The original one had her with... erm... an "attachment" between her legs. It had spikes on the end, and looked... painful. You can actually see (if you look close) the very bad 'shop job on the underside of her left thigh. They've obviously used the clone tool without any subtlety.

Trust me if you havent seen it, the "extra" version is even more wierd.
