Are Everyday Shooter & Sky Diving region free?

Have a JP Machine in the UK and would like to know before parting with any cash...also be nice to have feedback on them (esp. sky diving)

Edit - I should add that I've had a couple of PSN titles not work due to region issues

I got a JAP PS3 and Everyday Shooter and Sky diving works on it, I downloaded from EU(Norwegian) store, I also had a few things not working. Specifically some of the EyeToy games and PS1 games.

Yup - the Eye toy games are a bummer and now I'm reluctant to throw good money after bad

What's sky diving like? I was thinking it could be sort of like Pilot Wings...
