    It's a pretty common date for Japanese companies to start operations of new JV companies. It might have something to do with end of Fiscal Year type business cutoffs.

    Anyway so does this mean we will finally see the much talked about Dreamcast on a chip?

    Yes, because for some reason Japanese fiscal calendar ends at March 31.
