Anything to say about the nexus 7 (version 2)

Im thinking of getting one to replace my phone.
Anything I should be aware of?
Or does anyone know of a better phablet?

It is not a phablet as you cannot take calls on it.
Unless you meant you would consider a phablet?

The Nexus 2 looks pretty sweet.

OK thanks for that so theres no way you can use this as a normal phone to send txt and make calls (Im talking about the LTE version)

I think LTE is really meant to be usable for voice calls, which would allow a fully packet-switched cell network but
- don't rely on this piece of information without explicit carrier support and software support
- your coverage would be extremely limited anyway
By some distant date like year 2035 it would be possible that the 2G networks are switched off and the freed spectrum used by LTE or LTE-Advanced or revisions of it, and then the lowest common denominator would be LTE instead of GSM.
