This information will provide a law firm in New York City (which must – at this point – remain anonymous) evidence to determine viability for a class action lawsuit.

Why is this? Surely if some law firm is trying to drum up business then that should be laid out in the open.

That would be ill advised. Such a disproportionate response could only lead to a continuous cycle of escalation, from which the parties would be unable to withdraw. Only after all peaceful avenues have been exhausted should the deployment of something as powerful as a web petition be considered.

Is it now a valid grievance to be a pissed-off customer and get to sue?

UI don't really understand what these peoople want and why they want it and hwat it is they're complaining avbout.

But okay some woman sued McDonald's ecause SHE was clumsy and spilled hot coffee (which nobody could have guessed would be hot) on her groin and won so anything goes it seems.
