Viahardware has a short review on the legacy free AT7 MoBo.

Abit has been the continuous source of amazing new ideas in motherboard design for many years. They were one of the first to incorporate a jumperless BIOS, voltage adjustments, software FSB adjustments, and created the world's first dual Celeron board. In other words, this is a company that makes innovation top priority. Enthusiasts and first-timers alike should appreciate the way Abit designs their boards for the Do-It-Yourself type of person. This time around, Abit went all out and created a real work of art. The AT7 MAX eliminates ALL legacy ports and takes the first step in pushing the competition to do the same. Add in the 8 drive RAID, USB2.0, Firewire, and fully-onboard 6 channel sound, and you have the latest in a long line of highly progressive endeavors by Abit.
