Halo is better than Halo 2 (Halo 2 was just as a filler for Xbox 360 launch)

I felt the same way... I never even finished Halo2. Just didn't keep my attention.

P.S. Just sold all my xbox stuff on ebay....figure if I want to play one of the oldies again, I can pick it up for $5 in the used bin.

epic has already gone on record stating that there is NO plans for a PC version, but the future is left open to doing that if Microsft wants. They even mention how it's a similar situation with Halo appearing on console and PC. so anyone claiming that it is coming to the PC right now are full of shit.

Hey well whatever, if beyondunreal is full of shit then they're full of shit. Certainly seemed plausible enough when I read it a week ago. I agree I can't find any other confirmation from Epic on the net. But the site has enough viewrship and forum traffic seemingly that if the statement were incorrect, it should have been chaged by now. I guess no one cares to correct them, or something...

Anyway, lemme know when it gets resolved.

Could anyone make clear what Rein said somewhere between 5:44-5:47 ("...as you could probably tell, it's probably the most detailed game you've ever seen in this _________ our goal is give you this great experience at a really high frame rate...")?

BTW, graphically, the game looks great. And the animation is decent, but nothing spectacular, IMO. There are even some part where it looks kinda weak. Most notably, when the main guy turned the gas on. And I thought the fire in Splinter Cell was more impressive. But I guess just like this generation, next time around many devs would still have their strength and weakness. I just hope the game features wicked boss battles or some sort.
