The debut price of X800Pro in China is 3999 RMB, same as what Galaxy asked for a 6800Ultra. It gives me the feeling that nVIDIA is sacrificing profit for market share this time.

There's no way 6800nu can beat X800Pro is any real game test, but considering the price delta, I'd say the former is a better choice for mid-range market. ATi gotta do sth for the X800se, equipping with a 128bits memory bus, I don't see it has any chance to catch 6800un's performance.

Yesterday, this site quoted the score leaked by Galaxy. Today some more benchmarks about 6800NU are going to be brought to us. The following scores are temporarily available.

FYI. this site is saying that the 6800NU is maybe available in mass marketing in late June. I do not know whether it is due to the insufficient chip supply according to today's report on nvidia. If I didn't mess it up, nvidia officially wanna retail 6800NU/U in late May. Me, Paranoid!?

We've been told that all the devices are running in default! Pretty impressive!

    Stay tuned! :)

That site PC Pop is great even though I understand none of it. Deric from there came by EB and chatted one day and he's a wonderfully friendly and pleasant fellow, definately good people and it's awfully nice to know someone who speaks both languages!

If you can understand Chinese for a little bit, maybe you can drop by the bbs.gzeasy.com. There are a lot of people in Graphic Forum are bilingual and post replies in both Chinese and English there. Many of us visit english sites daily! :p There are several people here in beyond3d.

    Babel fish translation
Besides that fact that the translation isn't very good, this paragraph confuses me
Is the correct spec 325 core, 700 memory or 350/800 as in the picture?

Anyone want to give a try at a better translatioN? :D

Dave to the rescue again. Nvidia needs a champion too.

My focus is squarely on the X800SE/6800NU battle as this is where the war will be won. When is the X800SE slated for delivery anyway?

WOW! This mechanical translation is readable! Only with some mis-translation. awesome!

This paragraph is translated word by word form Chinese into English! So it is confusing. The original Chinese words meant that GF6800 is equipped with 12 ppc, and core freq. is 325Mhz mem freq. 700MHz. What is shown on the pic is overclocked to 350/800.

    Thank you!!!! :D

That makes a LOT more sense to me.

    325/700, hmm....I liked it a lot better as a 350/800. :(

Babel Fish has two modes you can use, Chinese-simp and Chinese-trad, which I assume is for simple and traditional. The simple was much better than the tradtional, heh
