2021 is what I think.
IMO the X1 is powerful enough and will have upsides with casuals as Kinect comes into its own over time.
There's a bunch of nervous nellies on these forums. MS had one bad NPD in 8 years, in January no less, and everyone is losing their minds.
MS is in a better position with X1 right now than Sony was at this point in the PS3's life.
It's no time to hit the panic button
MS is fine until E3
The best estimate I've seen regarding 8th gen was that X360 made about 4 billion and PS3 lost about 4 billion.
MS ate Sony's lunch last Gen. Why...
The kinect sports game is going to be awesome if the wave racing demo is any guide.
Not for the early adopters it isn't
Agreed. Nintendo needs to go third party.
I still think they should abandon the console hardware market.
IMO they will be there in a few years.
It's true that sadly it's an FPS dominated world.
Love the idea of small teams. No one cooperates that much in huge games like Battlefield anyway.
Kinect is so much more than what you suggest.
No. I took the plunge on launch day and have 7 games already. It's a fantastic system that is going to do extremely well.
Halo 5 + $100 price...
Apples and oranges.
Kinect is brilliant in so many little ways.
Here's the rub: MS is going to crank out 800k units per month. Then they're going to price them to sell and bring out desirable content to entice...
I think MS is banking on Kinect being desired and the onus is on them to make good use of the technology. If they can't they'll be forced to...
Titanfall, Halo and a price drop will be enough to take up any slack in demand.
A lot of nervous nellies here. X1 is selling just fine.
I won't go so far as to say that there's a conspiracy against this game, but it does show you how there's a mob mentality sometimes and after the...
I recommend playing on Centurion.
- Killer Instinct 2 with my son
- Ryse 30% done on Centurion
- Forza just starting career
- Dead Rising 3 level 10 chapter 3
It has some pretty deep RPG elements for a hack n slash game.
This rumor is bull.
Gears of War
That's the problem. This game needs to be played on hard.
What difficulty level did you play it on?
The whole game looks great from start to finish
This game is actually pretty fantastic if you play it on the higher difficulty setting.
The graphics are unbelievably good. The best ever in any...
Price drops have very little to do with manufacturing costs.
I just started digging into this game. I'm still on the little coupe series at the beginning of the game. It's really awesome though . Just...
X1 exclusives were way better than PS4's
Ryse is cool. Going forward past the launch period I'm definitely going to pay attention to the micro transactions before purchasing a game though.
I expect xbox one to be 399 by next year. Then 349 by 2016.
Price drops from MS will have nothing to do with production costs.
Now you guys know why I skipped this one. EA makes very few good games IMO.
With that being said, my son bought it anyway and he seems to like it.
The power of kinect is all the little things it gives you, not one or two earth shattering features.
The game is gorgeous, with deep game play, and balanced characters and only $20.
The reviewers are idiots IMO.
This game is a 9/10.
It might be...
The new Kinect is amazing. The system integration, the fitness, wave race demo, auto recognition. It's all awesome.
Mainly Killer Instinct with some Forza 5 on the side
It's fantastic. Trust me on this.
Watch the ign review. They explain how you can increase the difficulty and thus the quality of the AI.
I'm still getting it. I think playing it on hard in small doses will be the key to enjoying it.
This game looks fantastic. It just proves that more time with the X1 hardware is going to produce some stunning games.
I think it's pretty simple - If MS integration/Kinect strategy resonates - they win. If not, Sony wins.
MS believes that once gamers see what the...

One of the problems lately is that Moore's Law is slowing down.
