( $1-$3 per full album, with no DRM)
Some danish ISP's have now been order by court to block for that IP...by request of AGP, the danish version of RIAA

Russia is a signator of the Bern convention. Copyright infringement violates the Bern convention, hence its illegal in Russia.

That's the thing: It's not copyright infringement in Russia. If I remember correctly, they use a loophole of some contract that was signed in the pre-digital music years.
