NVIDIA's general manager for their wireless media processor business, aka the GoForce product series, has said in a very recent interview to Reuters that their handheld revenue is going to roughly double this year to more than $100M, compared to 2005's figure of $55M. Furthermore, NVIDIA sees this division's sales as most likely continuing to grow nearly 100% year-over-year for some time to come, possibly until 2011 or so.

It has been wildly speculated for a while that NVIDIA is making its way into Apple's upcoming "vPod" product, although some sources have also suggested otherwise, noting that nothing was set in stone yet when that analyst made his highly controversial statement. Another supposed Apple product that might see NVIDIA technology is the "iPhone", which is also expected to launch early next year according to ThinkSecret, but will apparently be Cingular-exclusive at launch.
