Blazing Angels: The PS3 Interview
Ubisoft speaks on what's different, what isn't, and why we should give the Squadron another chance.

by IGN Staff

August 21, 2006 - Blazing Angels: Squadrons of WWII originally hit the Xbox 360, Xbox and PC this past March, but PlayStation flight fans have been left out in the cold thus far. Not one to leave a man behind, Ubisoft will land the World War II shooter on the PlayStation 3 at the system's launch on November 17th.

To find out what potential PlayStation 3 owners can expect from the latest and greatest version of the game, we fired off questions to Brand Development Manager Sebastien Dore at Ubisoft Romania Studio. Take a look at what he had to tell us along with the first screens from the PS3 title.

Very intressting read, so again the PS3 seems to get the "full" version of a game, this time also with greatly improved visuals if one can believe them devs:)

well thats not difficult, the xbox360 version you could mistake for the xbox version.

Well, with the extra 12 months or so development time, that is to be expected.

So Ubisoft dont think PS3 is harder to develop for.

Developing a title for a new platform is always a greater challenge than developing for an established platform, but we would not say that we have faced greater difficulties on the PS3 than on the Xbox 360 so far.
