Connecting X360 to PC Monitor?

First of all I would like to apologize for the simplicity of my question with this being a technical forum, however, I figured if anyone knows the answer it will be people here.

I've been holding off on getting a X360 because I want to play in in HD, however, a co-worker of mine has offered to give me his 22" CRT monitor. I'm just wondering what type of inputs do I have to make sure the monitor has in order to play the X360 on it.

Also, in the worse case scenario, where the monitor has no inputs, is it possible to connect the X360 to the rgb cable using some kind of double female bridge or something of that sort?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the reply. The VGA cable looks like just the thing.

My co-worker showed me a pic of the back of the monitor he is going to give me. It's got really old school RGB hookups, one for each color, a D-SUB and a serial input. So, I'm guessing the D-SUB would be the place to hook up the VGA cable.

Thanks again for the advice.
