omg.. my mom got me one of those hungry man meals.. eek

not much and it has potasium.
You should be more concerned with the sugar in it since it makes it harder for your body to absorb fluid:???:

You really concerned about losing fat and gaining/retaining muscle at the same time? Then time to start micromanaging your diet. You will need to consume just the right amount of calories to retain or grow muscle mass, but not too much so that you don't lose any fat. This is what we call a clean bulk and can be very hard to get into the habit of. But once you do you will be able to stick to the diet and it is pretty healthy.

Getting in shape is theoretically very easy.
1) Eat vegetables, fruits, nuts, lean meats and fish.
2) Do not eat sugar, grains, legumes (peanuts are a legume by the way).
3) Exercise using functional movements and high intensity a few times a week. (For instance, do pullups instead of wide grip pulldowns. Do windsprints or jump rope instead of jogging on the various hamster wheels they have at the gym)
4) Get outside and walk around. Go biking. Do this stuff for fun and fresh air. Don't be a grim faced, joyless, jogger.
