British investment company CVC takes over F1

Hamburg, Nov 25 (DPA) British investment company CVC capital Partners has acquired a controlling interest in the Formula One Group which runs the sport, it was announced Friday.

CVC has bought up shares of Bayerische Landesbank (50 percent of the Formula One Group) and of Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone (25 percent - Bambino Holdings) through a new company, Alpha Prema, a joint press release said.

The release said that Ecclestone would remain CEO of the Formula One Group, also known as SLEC.

It means that it's over for the F1 as we know it, soon all the racing circuit will turn into CVC proximity branches. All the driver will to win the title of the best loan and mortgage salesman of the year.

F1 will be renamed F10 because the F1 name implies it is "the best, the first" of all racing games, which is discriminatory and anti-competitive towards all other racing competitons.
F10 is a much more politically correct name, more in line with British competition laws.

And there will be a reality show. All F1 (soon F10) racers closed into a house for 10 weeks and it will be YOU to choose who goes and who stays!!!
