I feel special. Why am I so freaking immature?

Today my teacher for the OOP class told us that we will get an assignment next week.

At the end of the class I asked her if I can get the assignment now. I told her I was bored and had nothing else to do and I need to do the assignment.

She told me to ask her privately on Thursday so the other students don't complain.

The point of this thread is:
I'm bragging about getting the assignment 5 days earlier than everyone else.
The teacher knows I'm so damn good, I don't even bother to take notes in lectures because I don't need to.
Even in the labs I attend I get special treatment.

Does this make me smrt or childish or both?
