With the advance of mobile phones, such devices may have extremly limited market.

It takes power from the GBA, I think it needs to be plugged in to operate.

Heh heh heh ! I haven't read the paragraphs carefully.

The device is a Camophone which is expected to run with the usual PSTN, not mobile network. It makes the GBA into a TV phone. And it has an AC adaptor to prevent drying up of the GBA battery.
