Sorry I've been out of it for a bit. I have one question what rpm should my GPU fan be spinning during gameplay?
CPU/GPU fan/heatsink upgrade what do I need?

What GPU, make and model. Everyone is different. It's also affected by the case's airflow, so it really is a tough question to answer.
As low as possible whilst still maintaining manageable temperatures.

RX470 mining edition (I think msi), airflow is ok I guess, open case for now and the only card installed is the video card. and 1200rpm at desktop.

Thanks for everyone who helped, upgraded the CPU yesterday... so far so good. Had a hiccup where when waking up from sleep the machine would reboot instead.
What's a good cpu stress test program? do they come with a cpu power/heat monitor built in? intel 4670
Also anyone have really high cpu usage on all cores when downloading from steam? and know how to fix it? I fixed it with a generic program that fixes windows that i was familiar with but the problem came back and I don't really know what or where to begin.
