Could it possibly reflect Azure planned transitioning from discrete CPU and GPU to reusing the SeriesX APU SOC? So MS switched products being ordered?

dont think so, i read somewhere that yoy EPYC revenue is up 300% and something like 30% Q on Q. might have been notes from the call.
I guess this is the relevant part from the call:
Q1 2020 call said:
In server, unit shipments grew by a double-digit percentage sequentially and more than tripled year over year as we continue gaining momentum across cloud, enterprise and HPC customers.

AMD's Lisa Su was the highest-paid CEO in the S&P 500 last year
June 1, 2020
She is the first woman to top the annual review, compiled by the Associated Press and executive compensation analysis firm Equilar, since it began in 2011
Su earned a total of $58.5 million in 2019 -- almost $13 million more than the next-highest paid CEO, Discovery Inc's (DISCB) David Zaslav, who earned $45.8 million. The study, released last week, examined compensation for CEOs of S&P 500 (SPX) companies who had been in their roles for at least two years as of the end of 2019.

Busy month for AMD. First the Ryzen XTs, then Threadipper Pro, now desktop-Renoir. I wonder if they're going for homerun and do 4 launches this month (but sadly I don't think there's anything else ready for launch)
Also, Rick Bergman laid the Zen 3 -speculation to rest. As you probably know, it's been speculated due Zen 2 Refresh and AMD just talking about Zen 3 and Milan for Q4, that client Zen 3 wouldn't make it this year. Now Bergman confirmed that client Zen 3 is on schedule to launch this year.

So, what’s next for AMD in the PC space? Well, I cannot share too much, but I can say our high-performance journey continues with our first “Zen 3” Client processor on-track to launch later this year. I will wrap by saying you haven’t seen the best of us yet…

By "Client", I assume they're referring to Desktop as opposed to Server.

No, no; Arcturus. aka MI100.
RDNA2 comes in many a flavour.
Oh, true, didn't think about that, was kinda thinking it would be closer to Zen 3 / Milan launch
I know RDNA2 comes in many flavors, but it's too early for any of them really
