Can housework become art?

I really, really like waking up to a clean sink and almost never do. I feel like my kitchen is a constant battlefield for me. Always cleaning up my own messes from preparing food for everyone, it's a never ending cycle.

I get resentful of it occasionally and let them pile up, knowing it's just gonna be me having to clean it up later anyways so it doesn't matter. Well I'd let it get pretty bad and it was really nice to wake up to this site and a dishwasher that's almost full enough to run of nicely scrubbed down items.

I don't usually take very good pictures, but when I do they're usually really stupid and useless like this one and I get insanely proud of them.

I call it, "Yesterday Afternoon":
