Quadro FX 3800M 65 or 55nm?

I can't seem to find a definitive answer to this age old question, Nvidia has no specs on their site regarding process node, TPU GPUDB says it's 65nm, notebookcheck it's 55nm, what is it then?

Since prints of all the notebook parts I've seen end with B2, I would say they use G92b. Though it wouldn't be unfeasible to have some with G92 as well.
