With so many Super variants it seems it will be the mainstay for the Turing gaming cards going forward, and likely phase out the non-variants by the end of the year.

The new "Super" logotype is damn familiar looking, but can't put my finger on where from. Any ideas? My mind wants to say something retro from 70s or 80s maybe?

I can't help but wonder if this pricing inflation may eventually boomerang on Nvidia. Having a mid-range graphics card the same price as an entire console doesn't seem wise, but that is just me. I mean if they were supplying at least one of Sony or MS, it wouldn't be such an issue. But that's not the case.....

There’s the $280 1660 Ti to compensate for that.

If you define midrange based on price there are still solid cards for under $300. The days of $200 midrange cards are long gone though.

GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER Benchmarks Leaked in FFXV
Some newer cards show up in FFXV benchmarks and will likely require driver optimizations ...

What is surprising is that the GeForce RTX 2070 is around 15% faster than the GeForce RTX 2070 (non-SUPER). This puts it right on par with the GTX 1080 Ti which was previously replaced by the $699 US RTX 2080. The RTX 2080 and GTX 1080 Ti offered similar performance for around the same price but with the RTX 2070 SUPER, you can get pretty much the same performance of a GTX 1080 Ti for $200 US less.

What a dirty little trick to put only the Navi cards next to only nvidia cards.
Perfect for making people believe the new 5700 XT performs on the level of a Vega 56, since it's worse than a 1070 Ti.

Not shooting at the messenger here, just commenting on the people who put together the graphic.

Yes, Navi (4971 points), beats both Vega (4700 points) and Radeon 7 (4878 points) in that benchmark.

FFXV is clearly a game that AMD:s graphic have problems with.
