Formula 1 - 2017 Season

Boo at Ferrari, Kimi deserved the win, you forced Vettel ahead by giving him the better tactic yet again - like said in Sky broadcast, everyone knew overcut wins here, not undercut

Actually if you look at the starting lineup many engines were Honda, including this year's winner. When I saw this I was a little surprised due to Honda's F1 problems but maybe they will get it right one day in F1.

33. (18) James Davison, Honda, no time,, no speed.

The irony won't be lost on Alonso. Went all that way to just have a Honda engine fail on him.

Unlucky just doesn't cover it. Poor guy always next year.

Like Sky said ..... ROLF, Crofty is moron, Pat Symonds shot is arse down in flames, then Crofty shut up about it for 10 laps before getting back on his soap box.....

You can spot a kimi fan a mile away.....

Kimi was loosing time on the US before pitting on the US and as Pat Symonds said, no one could know what Sebastian pace would be like.

If they pitted seb first and everyone stays out then thats the Ferrari 1-2 gone. Kimi's clean air lap times before he pitted are his fault and no one else's. If you look at when both Seb and Dany were pitted it was because they where comming up on back markers.

lap before piting ( both had clean air):
kimi 77.034
seb 75.0238

Honda's engineering department should harikiri themselves :')

One thing is for sure, not that I ever had an inclination to buy a Honda but now I'll definitely never buy one :') :')
Yeah, stay away from those Honda road cars with F1 engines or Indycar engines.

I'm really happy today, as after 6 years of pain, regrets, rehabilitation and training, Robert Kubica drove F1 car again!
He completed 115 laps at Valencia Ricardo Tormo circuit, including heavy fuel, race sim, quali sim and race start practise :)

This test doesn't mean he is coming back, but knowing Kubica's character, he wouldn't be doing it, if it wasn't a possibility!

Maybe Renault are contemplating giving Palmer the boot and testing it out with Kubica if he is fit enough...

That is the general consensus. Renault tested Sirotkin on Monday at the same track and he was widely speculated to be one of the options to replace Palmer. The other one being S. Buemi and now 3rd potential candidate can be RK.

Hamilton unbeatable, Ferrari in trouble but Vettel charges back to p4. Kimi says a bad word in finnish which is not bleeped. :D

Alonso's Honda blows up. :(

Force India scores own goal because they didn't let Ocon attack Danny Ric, so Vettel just comes and ambushes them. If Kimi hadn't that brake-by-wire/harvesting problem, he'd be there too.

So it was an eventful race, a lot of good racing and different strategies. Vettel's overtake at the end was very aggressive and risky for someone who leads the WDC.

Also fun to see Fernando Alonso just going up to the fans on the tribune and saying hi.

ALSO fun to see Patrick Stewart doing a shoey with Danny Ric on the podium :LOL:
