Background Music on Xbox One

If you're not aware, the last Xbox One dashboard update made available Microsoft UWP which enables universal apps. One of the features includes background audio capability, such as playing music or podcasts while playing other games. Currently there are 3 Universal Apps with this capability, Groove Music, Cast, and Local USB Music Player. More apps will support this functionality as they update to Microsoft UWP.

That feature was a must in my original Xbox days. I kinda recall the countless hours I spent playing Project Gotham Racing 2 while listening my favourite music in the background over and over again after recording the music on my Xbox's HD. I also used that feature a lot while playing Forza 1.
