Turns out, i have 40 dollars sitting on my Indonesian PayPal.
But US PSN only accept US PayPal
Amazon.com doesn't accept Paypal at all.

paypal keep giving me this nondescript error "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now".

emailed paypal, and they reply me with veeeeeeeeeeeeery long unrelated FAQ. O_O

EDIT: blargh their phone number for customer service is overseas. No way im paying that ridiculous amount of money to call them.

heh, i still have a week to make paypal fix this problem though.

turns out paypal limit my transaction to 20 USD per transaction despite they say i don't have transaction limit (they lifted it months ago).
