Are you sure it supports multi screen?
I'm sure I heard Turn10 say it was a custom build for e3 (wont be in retail version), but they do support the chair they had with it.

It's a supposition from previous Forza games, I remember there was a setting in the options screen to enable multi-screen, but I am just guessing here.
