In case you're using IE9 beta at the moment, use some other browser to download the RC, as at least for me it thought I had RC already installed.
Also, InPrivate Filtering is now called Tracking Protection - anyone got any ideas how to import old InPrivate Filtering lists to it? I couldn't find a way and want my adblock back
scratch that, http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/Browser/TrackingProtectionLists/Default.html
so anyone should be able to create their own lists easily too, if I understood it right on quick glimpse, just make a txt file, put "msFilterList" without quotation marks on the first row and then -d address.something.here, each to their own line, for anything you want to block.
That's the simplest way anyway, there's more control too like +d (whitelist? dunno) etc, need to dig further
