How much do you think it would cost to license a mobile GPU ip?

How much do you think it would cost to license a mobile GPU ip? I mean if you had the budget to make do it. I was thinking snapdragon,Arm mali or nvidia Tegra. Maybe even Powervr SGX(16 core version).

How much would it cost to modify an existing IP? Add more pipes,die shrink,remove unwanted features etc.

it really hard to say as the costs can wary greatly usually there is so upfront fee and then fee per chip shipt
i did see somewhere what TI pays to imtec per chip for SGX530 but i cant remember were it was
i would think Arm mali would be the cheapest to license as ARM may give some discount on mali core
when license with a ARM core
