New Folding@Home Signup Drive

I have seen any new people in this for a while, so let's start a Folding@Home signup drive.

Here is the homepage: http://www.stanford.edu/group/pandegroup/folding/

Here you can download the client: http://folding.stanford.edu/download.html

Here is the team stats: http://folding.stanford.edu/teamstats/team32377.html

And here's the Team rankings: http://folding.stanford.edu/cgi-bin/searchteamstats

Download the client and run it. Where it asks for your name put your Beyond3d.com forum username and put 32377 as the team number. Once it's all set up, you will now be using your previously wasted processing power for research in gene folding, and hopefully propelling the Beyond3d Team higher on the list. 8)

PS: We should finally break out of the 69th spot any moment now. *cross fingers*

Here is our folding progress:
production.php

EDIT
CURRENT TEAM RANK: 65

I hope it is. No one new goes to that huge post with sticky. Just too daunting (It's a 59 page thread!)
*BUMP*

Nice website. I'm bookmarking it.

Looks you'll be number one in a few months. Good luck to you, but we need new people. That's what this is for.

*BUMP*

To the new folders= In the 'username' slot, please type the name 'micron'
Thank you ;)

So I should be posting it to the old thread ? :)

Better ask the admins to change the thread to sticky than bumping.

edit:

Please join us to help the Folding@Home project

The goal of the Folding@Home project:
to understand protein folding, protein aggregation, and related diseases

Please check the first message in this thread for more info on the project.

Seeing how there's only only new guy in the past week, more bumping is required.

*BUMP*

Also, perhaps I can pose a challenge. According to the website from maskrider, I am gaining fast on a lot of the lower people. I challenge any new guy to overtake me, if you can.

PS: We'll reach 67 soon. 8)
