Gigabyte GTS250's Zalman VF1050 question

Is it compatible with a GTX470? Would it run the GTX470 cooler than the stock cooler? It doesn't exhaust temps out of the case, cover VRMs, or ram chips. Would any of that be a problem with the GTX470?

I have Panaflo U1A fans (115cfm each), one for the side panel and one for the exhaust.

I was thinking about buying a GTX470, but I was looking for some way to drastically lower the temps. I'm willing to underclock and undervolt as well.
