They had the car on Top Gear and the professional driver suggested that Koeningsegg adds a rear-wing. They did that and the driver got a much faster time. The downside is that it was not retractable of course since it wasn't originally designed into the car and that would bring down the top speed and the type of people who buy cars that expensive probably only do so to brag about the numbers.No if they only made it to handle a bit better and than maybe people could actually drive it witouth crashing it

A regular Mazda 3? or were you supposed to show Speed 3?
I was thinking about Mazda Speed 3, but they cost about 5k€ more than Dodge Caliber SRT4 here in Finland with similar equipment so I chose SRT4, I should be getting it next week or week after that at the latest.

If we are going to talk normal cars, The Alfa romeo 159 owns all others (atleast in sheer beauty, and I heard its also a nice car to drive).
Now that is 30k well spend!
Now alfa only needs to go back to building rear wheel drive cars.
Another car I think is very cool is the Lancia 037 group B rally car. Group B really was the top of the rally cars (WRC are f'in toy cars compared to these beasts) but the 037 looks just so awsome I think. 600+hp on the rear wheels in rally racing, totally awsome.
The road legal version looks pretty neat too. Though its not mid engined if im correct.
Than we got another awsome Dutch creation. Maybe it shouldnt be here as its not a car but a truck but that doesnt change its awsomeness.
The DAF turbotwin dakar rally truck. This monster has 2 engines and in the dakar rally even was on 3th place overall because of its awsome power. It even overtook Vatanen's peugot in the desert at over 200kmph!
Can't get Alfas in the US though.

Shame Alfa romeos aren't anything like they where back in the day. Nowadays its just your standart boring FWD (or AWD) four door car with nothing special except for a sporty design that looks much faster than the cars really are.
The Brera looks good and hilarious at the same time, the design is great, but having 4x exhausts on a 4sylinder 180hp engine is a bit to much over the top. That car is slow as hell (even in the GTA version) but looks like it could have broken the sound barrrier if we go by the looks.
