Doesn't "exploiting" positioning of buklheads etc require you to know what airplane model you'll be flying in?

What if there's a change? I can't imagine every plane in existence having a legroom bulkhead at row four..

Btw. I'd really like to know if this guy recieved some compensation - assumig it's real and not made-up. And if he did then what was it.

Oh and if the customer relations people reading that complaint chuckled when they read it and saw the little drawings..
