Nintendo sued by Texas firms over patent infringement issues

Lonestar Inventions LP, a Texan electronic products maker, alleges in an early June complaint brought in front of the Tyler federal court (TX) that Nintendo Company, Limited is violating one of their U.S. patents -filed in '92, issued in '93- relating to a method to enhance substrate-based capacitor performances.

Sounds like one of those enormous low detailed patents wich vagualy describe something in such a way that you might as well use it for anything wich remotely resembels it. Gotta love the US patent system.
