Brian Beckman, a physicist that works at Microsoft talks about physics in games:

He starts with the physics of flight simulators, then he talks about driving games and driving physics (including the physics model in Forza), and finishes with some general observations about game physics in the future.

This is a really interesting and informative video.
 
Thanks for the link, it was a very good video, the physics stuff was great & couple of interesting hints about MS development on mobile platforms. Rigs of Rods is brilliant too.
