Baseless Next Generation Rumors with no Technical Merits [post E3 2019, pre GDC 2020] [XBSX, PS5]

Above Vega 64 seems exactly where we expected.

AMD: Navi Speculation, Rumours and Discussion [2019-2020]

This means a hypothetical Navi with 64 CU hitting 14.4TF at 1750mhz and 15.2TF at 1900mhz. This would soundly beat a 2080Ti in gaming tasks.

If legit, that will be interesting re console marketing points.

Community Poll: What color will Sony PS5 be?

Current Sony are very boring when it comes to colour choices, it will be black. RIP PS1/PS2 era Sony colour choices.

AMD: Navi Speculation, Rumours and Discussion [2019-2020]

I think we have more questions than answers after seeing that. Why would they use 256bit GDDR6 for a 250-300w GPU? Seems more likely that they will reduce pins before launch down to ~200w.

    Initial BoM Losses: Xbox-Next & PS5 (Poll)

Sony none, MS up to $20 per console. I didn't vote because your metrics are too high.

Digital Foundry Article Technical Discussion [2019]

    That's based off Vega VII at 1800Mhz boost clock(60CU*1800Mhz=13.8Tflop). I don't see the point in expecting 1800Mhz base clocks on a console. Vega architecture; 56CU @1600Mhz = 11.46TF 56CU @1500Mhz = 10.75TF 60CU @1600Mhz = 12.26TF 60CU @1500Mhz = 11.49TF My money is on 56CU @ 1600Mhz, with...

The way he writes 1 annoys me. Seems fake to me.

Next Generation Hardware Speculation with a Technical Spin [pre E3 2019]

No, just that developers asked him about it but thought it would be too expensive. 2015 NAND storage prices are vastly different to 2020 NAND storage prices. Sony buying bulk NAND direct in 2020 is very affordable.

Next Generation Hardware Speculation with a Technical Spin [pre E3 2019]

2 X 8GB stacks for double bandwidth would be more likely than a mere 410GB/s.

Vega fiasco? Are you talking about the availability problem?

Next Generation Hardware Speculation with a Technical Spin [2018]

2.5Ghz is extremely conservative for the CPU, I personally can not see them using under 3Ghz.

What will next-gen games look like? [2018]

    watching this made me nauseous.

Next Generation Hardware Speculation with a Technical Spin [2018]

How about a small Intel Optane + HDD? If the results are applicable to a console, it looks like a viable option.
