Ok, I fixed the memory problem, the full 4gb is recognized as system memory and it scores 4,6 in the windows bench so I'm pretty satisfied with that. The only problem now is the poor overclocking and the frame drops in movies, but I'm gonna order an a8n32 from hong kong and maybe that will solve...
