And they have good reasons for this.
The big one would be for their next console, the Xbox 720 or whatever they call it, backwards compatibility would be much easier to implement. Added bonus for developers who want the game to be ported to the PC.
but the results can be amazing when it is working.
Morrowind comes to mind, for helmets etc.
I recall some great screenshots showing the diffrence it made in morrowind, but can't find em, any one else want to try?
On that note I really wish developers would use truform and put that...
Yup.
FN P90.
It's not from goldeneye
and it's not a protype gun that never hit the market (it's real, and a good gun to)
obviously its in quite a few games etc becuase its a popular gun (CS etc)
and like soldier said it's used in the stargate series.
I must say that Seagate is an excellent choice for the HD to be used in the X360.
Seagate = top quality (and damn silent)
Shame that its 5400rpm (I knew it would be) but I was secretly hopeing MS would say it was a 7200rpm drive :(
so other then AA, Do you think they will be using any AF?
ATI has always had great AF, with very little performance hit (unless you crank it all the way up)
considering the number of tvs that won't run a 720P single let alone convert it to 1080i.
I doubt many tvs will even know what a 1080P signal unless advertised as able to convert it.
If a game supported 1080p you can be damn sure it will also have 720p support.
So best thing to do would be to set your console+game to run at 720p, thus it's running at the native res of your TV and will look its best.
