Turns out I forgot to google. Should always google first. Apparently it's a known issue since 2016 that nobody has bothered to fix. Happens with the Vulcan api. Most likely a game bug/art asset issue rather than a driver bug. What a way to make a comeback to the forum. /Facepalm

Try pressing F10 on Firefox (with menu bar disabled.) Works! Try pressing F10 on Chrome or paint 3d. Nothing happens <- Fury! What standard shortcuts might they disable next? Maybe ctrl-c and ctrl-v? :)

So I just loaded Paint 3d to print out something (not doing any image manipulation on this pc usually) and was immediately super frustrated at not having a top menu visible. No problem, this has happened before that the top menu is not visible by default. So I just press F10 and... nothing...

Yes, there are at least 3 different kinds of flashcarts for snes. Cheaper ones dont do any special chips and cost less than 100 euros. More expensive ones support all kinds of special stuff and costs between 150 and 250 euros.

So, apparently this new flashcart can show what Super Nintendo CD could have been capable of. Far better quality video stuff than what Sega Mega CD ever was. The occasional blurring and flickering is caused by my camera and my inexperience in filming. In real life the picture is flicker free...

Any examples of this? (I still don´t really understand why this effect then doesn´t come up in something like parallax scrolling platformer games and such.)
