So 290X had 208W for 1000MHz and 390X is going to be 208W for 1100MHz.
I thought 290X was 250W; that would be an improvement.

Still slower clock for clock than 7970, plus broken CUDA stuff in half of the applications.

It's not an NV SKU. It was modified. It's loosing clock for clock comparison as well.
According to AT Folding@H is broken at the moment.
If I remember correctly I read about it at AnandTech. Their focus group member asked NV about that and they said yes. Never mentioned the extent...
