Guess they don't have plans for dropping the prices or a white X1X. :(

Looks like they are finally replacing their Fall 2017 500GB bundles with 1TB. I'm guessing the days of sub-$250 XB1S are over then.

Not sure where else to post this and might deserve it's own thread but:

'Xbox All Access' looks like a new subscription service with Xbox Live, Game Pass, and a console:

https://www.windowscentral.com/xbox-all-access

$22/mth for Xbox One S, Live, Game Pass for 2 years
$35/mth for Xbox One X, Live, Game Pass for 2 years

US only at first

After the two year contract period has been fully paid, users will own their consoles as expected.

Lets see how it works out using MSRPs

Xbox Live = $60 a year, $120 for 2 years
Xbox Game Pass = $120 a year, $240 for 2 years

For Xbox One X bundle it's ~$35 for 24 months = $840
$840 - $120 cost of Live = $720 cost of Game Pass + Console
$720 - $240 cost of Game Pass = $480 cost of Xbox One X

For Xbox One S bundle it's ~$22 for 24 months = $528
$528 - $120 cost of live = $408 cost of Game Pass + Console
$408 - $240 cost of Game Pass = $168 cost of Xbox One S

So the Xbox One S bundle isn't a bad deal. Curious how the warranty works with this?

I could be mistaken... but didn't Microsoft offer something similar with XB360? Like a monthly installment plan for XB360...

Interesting analysis. Too be fair though, I dont pay retail for those services.

Xbox Live it's getting harder to find good sales on, but can still be got for $40 per year (most recently a sale from Microsoft themselves!)

Gamespass, I cant even remember what I'm paying. I think 9.99 for 3 months special? So 3.33 per month? I only sub when it's too good to pass up.

Yeah, the numbers break down entirely to horrible deal if I were to take into account MS Bing Rewards, where the price of Live and Game Pass fall down to $0.

They allow for up to 6 Bing Reward accounts per family without issues, going by what I see discussed on various deal sites.

Pacing-wise, one could likely get 3 months of game pass for 2 months of searches, and 1 year of Live for 3 months of searches. To not worry about overlap and expiring, its best to have at least 2 different Bing Reward accounts working to build up points and only redeem when they're offering discounts, like Live for 21000 instead of 29000 or Game Pass for 14000 instead of 18000. So account 1 redeems for close to 4 years of Live in 1 calendar year, and account 2 redeems for 18 months of Games Pass in 1 calendar year.

Yeah just seen that. I'm in love. LOL So tempting but still costs $500. :(
