-INT... should be internal samples. -CS... should be customer samples. And the well known 3-digit number is a sales SKU (100-450 consumer desktop, higher numbers professional SKUs).

Just a rename of GK110, like VCz speculates, seems unlikely. GK110 is @B1, while these GK210 are A1 stepping. And GK180=Atlas=K40 was also changed in launch material to GK110B. Samples of GK180 were around in April '13 and CUDA knows GK180 explicitly, but K6000 and K40 which were supposed to get GK180, launched with GK110B.

The more interesting detail is the reveal of a new architecture type, sm_37, with a different minimum shared memory size per SM of 80K (81920 bytes).

This sm_37 device is labeled as "GK210".

GK210 can't be GK110 when it has Compute Capability 3.7 & shared memory size per SM of 80K (81920 bytes).

I know that retailers had a date, whether it was 29th or something else, for the Titan Z, but now that date was cancelled and there's no new date yet

We did a quick test and compared it to our old quadro k5000 with AE Raytrace. It's faster by a factor of 2.6

Well the K5000 is based on GK104 ( 1536SP ), with low SP and DP performance ( 2.1Tflops SP )..

At least the K6000 GK110 is having 2880SP and most respectable performance and will be more suitable for comparaison. ( we are speaking about 2 GK110 in the Titan Z )

Did you have a chance to test AMD's Firepro W9100 as well? That one has no less than 16 GiB of memory for it's single GPU and the GCN-architecture seems to do quite well in raytracing in general.
