RMS will be angry as usual. Torvalds is fine (and has been for years now) with linux kernel locked down in DRM.

Exactly. RMS cares deeply about EVERY issue like this, Torvalds doesn't care what happens as long as people use the kernel that bears his name. Both are huge sources of drama and both have really rabid adherents. Add google to the mix and we have a real party.
