Dumb question, but what the heck is DVI for anyways? Is that something that only those leet LCD people have to worry about?

I remember an nV AIB provider providing Dual DVI on a 5700 Ultra. It's about time it come out on an ATi board. It's a very nice way to differentiate yourself from other AIB's - provided you still have the DVI -> CRT convertors for the hardcore CRT guys like me.

I hope someone releases a r420/nv40 dual dvi. I guess we'll find out soon enough. WOuld go nice with a dual lcd monitor setup.

Thanks for the quote, Joe. Good to see that at least somebody wants to cater the few lucky ones.
I'm not sure a R350 is going to cut it, though, seems like a little late to the party. Still, much better than the Ti4600 I have currently, and if they actually manage to ship it (& at a decent price, say 250 Euro, tops), I'd certainly consider it. Quote:
