ATI Signs Up Creative Labs Europe to expand presence in European Retail Market
Consumers can now benefit from greater access to world's best graphics cards

MUNICH, GERMANY, 1 December, 2003, ATI Technologies Inc. (TSX: ATY, NASDAQ: ATYT), today announced a major new business relationship between itself and Creative Labs Europe, the European operation of Creative, a worldwide leader in digital entertainment products for PC users. The relationship combines Creative's strength in the retail channel with award-winning technology from ATI, to bring the world's best graphics cards to more consumers.

Creative Labs Europe will provide ATI with an established and trusted partner in the region with proven experience in the retail channel through its dedicated sales, marketing and merchandising force.
