ATI Offers Comprehensive Suite of High Quality Graphics and Television Solutions for Microsoft® Windows® XP Media Center Edition 2004

(TSX:ATY, NASDAQ:ATYT) announced support for Microsoft® Windows® XP Media Center Edition 2004 with a complete suite of PC graphics and TV solutions. Media Center PC manufacturers can offer consumers the solution that precisely fits their needs from ATI's broad range of desktop, mobile and integrated products.

ATI supports Windows® XP Media Center Edition 2004 with a full line-up of graphics products ranging from RADEON(tm) 9000 series of desktop and mobile VPUs (visual processing units) to ATI's RADEON(tm) 9100 IGP, which is the only Intel Pentium 4 integrated graphics solution that fully supports Windows® XP Media Center Edition 2004, giving consumers and PC manufacturers extremely cost effective options in the design of Media Center PCs.

In addition to graphics support of Windows® XP Media Center 2004, ATI also offers a full range of high-quality TV products for PCs, including both hardware and software encoding solutions.
