The Technology Division’s Business Development group is looking for a technical team member to help with the analysis of the impressive capabilities of the market-leading POWERVR MBX, SGX and future families of mobile graphics IP cores, as well as create and maintain competitive positioning material. This role focuses on the porting, analysis, optimization and maintenance of industry standard, 3rd party and internal benchmarks aiming to produce in-depth reports on the performance of our cores offering valuable competitive insight and feedback into the Sales, R&D and technical teams within the company.

• Porting, analysis, optimisation and maintenance of both internal and external graphics benchmarks
• Interact pro-actively with both internal and external benchmark providers
• Produce spreadsheets, Powerpoint’s, and other collateral to support the promotion of POWERVR graphics technologies performance
• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to define and actively participate in the implementation of a benchmark programme
• Develop specific skills in optimising graphics benchmarks gaining in-depth insight into POWERVR graphics technologies both from a software and hardware perspective
• Design and develop in-house OpenGL, OpenGL ES 1.1/2.0 and OpenVG benchmarks based on in-house or customer requirements
• Porting and optimisation of existing 3rd party benchmark applications for new platforms, including handheld devices
