Not sure if this is absolutly all true, but parts of it are. I heard a fair share of this from my history teacher. But then again my history teacher was extremely boring and I could have been imagining things.

Sounds like the same principle as the "Bible code". Do exhaustive searches for coincidences which then makes it look as though there is some deep, hidden, underlying law

Hmmm, that's interesting...

If that is true it showcases how we're all part of a whole, and how even or decisions, or very thoughts, are part of this system, and just like symmetry, repetition and order can arise from something that appears totally chaotic and random, so too even our history will repeat and show similarity through the passage of time...
