Personal choice:
Beyond3d front page and forum, Wikipedia, several search engines and some news sites (CNN, NYT, etc.) and some flash sites for PSP.

Yahoo Mail (beta) is also a great tester of how the thing handles a billion and one ads.

I'm also interested in subjective stuff, like "the feel", "snappiness", claustrophobia on a small screen etc.

I much look forward to this!

I'm updating the OP with your requests.

Right now, I can already tell you that on the PSP beyond3d works great, but I don't think Ajax sites will work. Flash as far as I know on the PSP is limited to 6.0, i.e. quite limited. Probably the same with the DS.

Aren't there also some browser standards test sites? I had a nice one a while ago. Could be useful.

I can also test with the Links2 browser on the PSP, by the way, probably will do that. It's lightning fast and has a nice key input system.
