Many extensions do exist, I grant you (and "AdBlock" for Opera is no where near as polished)
Two things I specifically want: The ability to have "Insert personal information" in a right-click menu... something I used all the time in opera. The ability to zoom a page in 100% increments (NOT text zoom; zoom everything for me and make it fit my screen still) this is something i use in opera all the time (I'm constantly hitting "8" for pages with small text, and then hitting "*" to go back to 100%. I'd also like something to replace the "Wand" tool, thought i found some extensions that did that. Which is the best to use? It would be great if someone threw together an "Opera Extension Pack" for FF! |

Hi zsouthboy, For zooming in a page, try this: http://www.memb.jp/~deq/mozilla/pagezoom/
I'm afraid I can't help you on the wand. What is it exactly? If you want, here's a pretty good website that lists the extensions you can use to further emulate Opera: http://www.scss.com.au/family/andrew/opera/firefox/ For all the tab extensions I personally prefer Tab Mix Plus since it has most if not all of the features combined. You can check it out here: https://addons.mozilla.org/extension...cation=firefox |

I appreciate the help.
Pagezoom doesn't do what I want it to do, unfortunately. Opera does zooming elegantly (and dare i say...perfectly?), while it's rather haphazard in firefox regardless of the method used. Look at all the text that's unreadable! full size: http://www.zsouthboy.com/img/ff_opera.jpg Looks like I'm sticking with Opera (which, i'm happy with, other than the AdBlock thing) |
